The Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW), the Puerto Rico Highways and Transportation Authority (PRHTA) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) are notifying to private organizations, state and federal government agencies, municipal entities and the public, the availability of the video on the PRHTA website regarding the Feasibility Study for the Evacuation Route and Improvements of Traffic Congestion in the Loíza Urban Area (PR-187, Int PR-188). The purpose of this Regulation is to establish the rules of eligibility to receive Call and Ride Services as well as to establish the basic rules and standards to regulate user services. This Regulation also establishes user duties and obligations, and those of Call and Ride Service officers and employees. It is the Authority's interest to promote an atmosphere of cordiality and healthy coexistence, establishing parameters of mutual respect and attention to human rights.

Estas normas establecen los procesos para estacionar vehículos de motor de empleados y visitantes de la Oficina Central de la AMA, y sus terminales. Estas aplican a todo empleado de la AMA que conduzca un vehículo en los terrenos de su sede, así como de sus terminales, y a todo visitante de ambas áreas.

ORDEN ADMINISTRATIVA PARA ORDENAR CUMPLIMIENTO DE LOS TITULARES DE LAS AUTORIZACIONES PARA TRANSPORTAR GAS NATURAL LICUADO EN PUERTO RICO CON LOS REQUISITOS REGLAMENTARIOS ESTABLECIDOS POR LA ADMINISTRACIÓN FEDERAL DE SEGURIDAD EN EL TRANSPORTE (“FEDERAL MOTOR CARRIER SAFETY ADMINISTRATION”) EN LA TRANSPORTACIÓN DE MATERIALES PELIGROSOS COMO EL GAS NATURAL LICUADO.

El DTOP, en cumplimiento con la Ley 60-2024, adopta esta Orden Administrativa para informar a los acueductos privados bajo jurisdicción del DTOP que los procesos de sus autorizaciones se continuarán efectuando como de costumbre, a saber, mediante Resolución y Orden en virtud de sus condiciones individuales.

Ley de Vehículos y Tránsito de Puerto Rico

El propósito de este Reglamento propuesto es establecer un método eficaz, objetivo, imparcial y uniforme mediante el cual se establezcan las medidas correctivas y disciplinarias en el área de trabajo

El propósito de esta enmienda es atemperar la reglamentación sabre los marbetes, fomentando la implementaci6n de la tecnología en los procesos expedición de los mismos. Las disposiciones contenidas en este Reglamento aplicaran a toda persona natural o jurídica dueña de un vehículo de motor, arrastre, semiarrastre y/o motocicleta.

El propósito de esta enmienda al Reglamento 9240 es atemperar la reglamentación vigente sobre los marbetes, fomentando la implementación de tecnología en los procesos de expedición de los mismos. Este Reglamento se promulga conforme a la Ley 22 de 7 de enero de 2000, según enmendada
